Easy Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1/2 c. \"No Fat\" italian oil dressing
1 medium green pepper, cut in chunks
1 medium onion, sliced
1 lb. uncooked shrimp
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 c. hot cooked rice
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In medium skillet, heat dressing and saute green pepper and onion.
Stir in tomatoes with liquid and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Add shrimp, red pepper and sugar.
Simmer, covered, an additional 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over hot rice.
