Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 to 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease baking sheet.
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3-quart casserole.
    Stir in peanuts.
    Microwave on High, until light brown, for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once.
    Stir in remaining ingredients until light and foamy.
    Spread on greased cookie sheet as thin as possible.
    Cool and break into pieces.
