Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Makes 7 Cups; Low In Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. (two 14 1/2 oz. cans) chicken broth
    2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into 3-inch pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. dry Carnation nonfat dry milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat broth in large saucepan to boiling.
    Add broccoli, onion and garlic.
    Cover.
    Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Puree vegetables and broth in blender or food processor until desired consistency.
    (Process in two or three batches if necessary.) Return to pan.
