Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. heavy cream
    3 c. cornbread crumbs
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Cool and cut into bite-size pieces. Take fat off the cooled broth, blend fat with flour, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Slowly add 2 cups broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    Combine cornbread crumbs, celery, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste and butter. Arrange cut up chicken and dressing alternately in large casserole. Cover with sauce and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
