Vegetable Pizza Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent dinner rolls
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. crumbled broccoli
    1/2 c. crumbled cauliflower
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Spread crescent dough on a greased cookie sheet.
    Press to form crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
