Old-Fashioned Banana-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 1/2 c. mashed, ripe bananas
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 round 9-inch pans or 1 (13 x 9-inch) pan.
    Beat all ingredients in a large bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Scrape bowl occasionally.
    Pour into pans and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
    Cool completely.
    Frost cake.
