Golden Beef Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust, unbaked and spread with 1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 lb. ground beef (the leaner the better)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves or a little oregano
Preparation
    Lightly brown beef and onions.
    Drain off any grease.
    Put meat in crust.
    Mix undiluted soup and rest of ingredients.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven until knife inserted comes out clean.
