Pepper Relish(Makes About 6 To 8 Pints) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 onions
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind and soak peppers and onions in boiling water for 15 minutes.
    Drain and add sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Seal at once.
    Delicious on sandwiches!
