Rechele'S Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 tsp red pepper
    1/2 c onions, chopped
    1/2 c green peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp garlic
    2 (15 oz) cans red beans, drained
    1/2 to 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced (hot is best)
    1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
    3 c rice, cooked
    1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp butter
Preparation
    In a large pan cook onions, green peppers and garlic in butter for about 3 minutes. Add beans, sausage, tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce. Tabasco sauce and red pepper. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Boil rice. Serve mixture over rice.
