Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 small jar boiled onions
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 c. grated cheese
1 can celery soup
2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

In casserole dish, add layers of broccoli, onions, eggs and celery soup.
Make a cream sauce of melted butter, flour and salt. Stir well.
Add milk and cheese; blend until melted.
Pour over other ingredients.
Sprinkle with grated cheese or Ritz crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
