Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Mozzarella and Romano cheese
    1 1/2 stalks celery
    1/2 large onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grate large chunk of Mozzarella and Romano cheese; set aside. Brown in skillet celery, onion and ground beef.
    Mix in saucepan tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Add meat mixture to sauce and simmer 3 hours.
    Cook lasagna noodles.
    Spread 1/3 sauce in large baking dish.
    Put layer of noodles over sauce.
    Sprinkle cheese over noodles. Repeat and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
