Indian Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) red or pink salmon
    1 medium onion diced, small pieces
    1 medium green pepper diced, small pieces
    8 crushed saltines
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    olive oil for cooking
    flour
    Indian chutney
Preparation
    In large bowl, drain and pulverize salmon.
    Add all ingredients; mixing thoroughly.
    Mixture should be moist and not too chunky.
    Pour top olive oil into heavy iron skillet and heat over medium heat.
    Shape croquettes to desired size, dust with flour on both sides and cook, turning them once until golden brown on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
