Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 large eggs
3 c. tart apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 in tube pan (Bundt pan is nice to cook this in).
