Quiche Parmesana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
1 c. egg substitute (8 oz.)
3/4 c. water
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place all ingredients (minus pie shell) in blender.
Cover; blend at high speed at least 1 minute.
Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
