Cream Puffs(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine water, shortening and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce to low and add flour; beat until smooth and ball clings.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Beat until smooth.
    Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or golden brown and almost dry.
    Makes 6 to 8.
