Mexican Fahitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flank steak, cut into strips (6 oz. per person)
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3 to 4 green and red bell pepper strips
    2 slices large onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped peppers
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    flour tortilla
    chili con queso
    pico de gallo
Preparation
    Marinate steak in oil and vinegar overnight.
    Place a little oil in pan and saute over very high heat so meat sears.
    Add 2 tablespoons green peppers, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Cook until meat is done.
