Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans mixed vegetables
    1 can water chestnuts
    1/2 jar mayo
    2 c. American cheese, shredded
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, water chestnuts and mayo.
    Pour into casserole. Top with cheese.
    Spread butter and crackers (mixed together) on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
