Fruit Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 tsp. fructose or sugar substitute
    3/4 to 1 c. fresh fruit, cubed
    1/8 to 1/4 c. apple juice (the amount used depends on sweetness of fruit)
    1 to 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Put everything except the gelatin into a pan and cook over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes stirring every so often. Now sample a little to see if it needs more sweetener. Sprinkle the gelatin ever the mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
