Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pickle, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins until tender.
    Drain and peel.
    Cut potatoes into bite size pieces in a large bowl.
    While potatoes are still warm, sprinkle with vinegar.
    Add celery, eggs, pepper, onion, pickle, salt and pepper.
    Blend mayonnaise and mustard together.
    With 2 forks, gently toss all ingredients.
    Add more mayonnaise, if needed.
    Avoid mashing potatoes.
    Cover and chill.
