Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 (10 oz.) jar cherry preserves
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and butter; mixing well.
    Line muffin pans with paper liners.
    Spoon graham cracker mixture into each liner. Press into bottom.
    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add egg and vanilla, beating well.
    Spoon into liners.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
