Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix together 1/2 cup margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Add thawed potatoes and blend.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole.
    Mix 1/4 cup melted butter and corn flakes.
    Put on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
