Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease and sprinkle cornmeal in an 8-inch baking pan or skillet.
    Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into pan or skillet and bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
