Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain.
    Pour sausage in a large bowl.
    Cool completely.
    Add cheese, Bisquick and water.
    Mix well until blended.
    Roll into 1-inch balls or patties.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until puffed and golden brown.
    Bake about 12 to 15 minutes.
