Quick Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1 small can peas
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic and curry powder in butter until onion is tender.
    Stir in soup, milk, shrimp and peas.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes; stir frequently.
    Serve over rice.
    Serve with fruit salad.
