Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots
    2 medium zucchini
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cut carrots and zucchini julienne style and then cook them until they are tender.
    In a saucepan add the first eight ingredients and cook over medium heat until smooth and thick.
    Do not boil.
    Then mix vegetables and sauce in a casserole dish. Stir bread crumbs, cheese and margarine together and spread over the top.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 to warm and brown crumbs.
