No-Bake Oaties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    flaked coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine and stir in sugar.
    Add juice and rind.
    Heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Stir in the oats and nuts.
    Chill mixture for an hour.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll balls in coconut flakes.
    Makes about 30.
