My Grandmother'S Easter Soup(Traditional Sicilian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1/2 lb. ground beef or veal
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. grated Romano cheese
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water (scant)
    3 eggs
    1/2 lb. Ricotta
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put broth and water into a 10-cup saucepan over medium heat. Mix next 8 ingredients together and form into small meat balls (1-inch size) and drop into boiling liquid.
    Let simmer 3/4 hour.
