Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 18 cookies)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine cookie crumbs and butter.
    Press firmly into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    In a small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture.
    Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chips evenly over top.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until it springs back when lightly touched.
