Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In a large bowl, cream margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels and drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies, 9 to 10 minutes for crispy cookie.
    Cool for 2 minutes and remove from baking sheets.
