Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. large stuffing mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 clove finely chopped garlic
    1/2 c. chopped crab meat
    1/2 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
    1/4 c. finely chopped Prosciutto
    1/4 c. smoked Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Wash and drain mushrooms.
    Hollow out and chop enough of the pieces to make 3 tablespoons.
    Cook pieces with onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.
    Stir in crab, shrimp, Prosciutto and cheese, along with catsup.
    Stuff into mushroom crowns; sprinkle with fine soft bread crumbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
