Ingredients

2 c. raw potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten slightly
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Grate potatoes and put immediately in milk. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix and drop from tablespoon onto a greased frying pan. Cook until well browned and crisp on both sides. Serve hot.
