Mexican Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Colby-Jack cheese
    10 manicotti shells
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Mix together the ground beef, beans, onion, oregano, 1 1/2 tablespoons of seasoning mix and 1 cup of cheese.
    With a small spoon or using fingers, press meat mixture into shells.
    Arrange in a 12 x 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
