Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. prepared biscuit mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; blend well.
    Shape into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    These can be frozen and kept on hand for breakfast or snacks.
    If frozen, bake for 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
