Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    juice of 2 oranges
    grated rind of 1 orange
    2 oranges, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Dust chops with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Brown chops in hot butter about 5 minutes on each side.
    Combine brown sugar, orange rind and juice; pour over chops.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
    Arrange orange slices on meat; simmer another 5 minutes.
    Transfer chops and slices to a heated platter. Add 2 tablespoons water to sauce in skillet; stir and heat well. Pour over meat.
