Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 slices ham (1/4-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, onion and ham (do not cut up) in a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Blend together oleo, flour, salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add milk, stirring until smooth.
    Pour over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
