Spaghetti Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. each: V-8, Italian sauce, water
    1 can each: Hunt's fresh tomatoes, tomato soup
    1 lb. + ground beef
    1 stalk celery
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 bunch green onions
    1 pkg. angel hair spaghetti
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place beef in crock-pot and brown on high for 1 hour. Break up meat. Add Italian sauce, water, chopped celery, chopped onions, tomatoes, soup and V-8.
    Cook spaghetti; drain and add.
    Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 2+ hours. To serve, top with grated Cheddar cheese.
