Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread, crust removed
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    5 large eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    oleo or butter
Preparation
    Cook crumbled sausage and drain.
    Spread bread with butter. Place in greased casserole, butter side up.
    Sprinkle sausage over, then top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients, beating well.
    Pour over bread and sausage.
    Chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
