Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 (1 lb.) cans vacuum packed sweet potatoes
Preparation
    In a large skillet, dissolve gelatin, brown sugar and salt in boiling water.
    Add butter and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add potatoes; simmer about 15 minutes, basting frequently, until syrup thickens and potatoes are glazed.
    Serves 6 to 8.
