Ful Medames(Lebanese; International) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. beans (fava, red kidney or black-eyed; choose your favorite!)
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. finely chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    fresh mint leaves
    1/4 c. diced radish
    1/4 c. diced tomato
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    4 c. watermelon flesh, peeled, seeded and diced small
    1/3 c. minced red onion
    1/3 c. minced cilantro
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh jalapeno chile
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh red jalapeno chile or other mild fresh pepper
    1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    Toss together watermelon, onion, cilantro, jalapeno chiles, salt, garlic and lime juice in glass or pottery bowl. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, then serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
