Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    graham cracker crust
    assorted fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, kiwi, etc.)
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spoon into crust.
    Chill until set (about 4 hours). Arrange fruit on top before serving.
