Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sweet potatoes (2 lb.)
    1/2 c. white raisins
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Bake and peel potatoes (or boil with skins on) at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and peel potatoes. Mash pulp and stir in raisins, sugar, cinnamon and pineapple.
    Pour into baking pan and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
