Christmas Morning Egg Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    1 lb. Velveeta, sliced
    8 to 10 eggs (whisk)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large baking dish, spray Pam all over.
    Put 6 slices of bread on the bottom.
    Cover bread with cooked sausage (drain off grease).
    Next layer is Velveeta slices.
    In a large bowl, mix eggs, dry mustard, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over layers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
