Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large Irish potatoes
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. sage
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. melted butter
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Boil the potatoes in the skins, then peel.
Mash the potatoes with cream and seasonings.
Place in the baking dish and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
