Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 stick oleo, melted
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and corn meal.
    Add eggs and butter.
    Mix well.
    Add buttermilk and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes.
    When begins to brown, cover with foil to prevent burning.
