Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 graham crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sour cream
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar; divide and press into two pie plates.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and eggs with beaters and pour into crusts.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350.
    Cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour on cheesecakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and almonds, if desired.
    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Chill for 24 hours.
