Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 stick butter
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Mix in pineapple and add cheese. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
