English Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. fresh orange peel
1/2 c. yogurt
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 pkg. sweetened fruit peel or 1/2 c. raisins and walnuts
1/2 c. oil, margarine or butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0 (150\u00b0C). Beat all the ingredients together. Then, before putting it in the oven, you can put some raisins and walnuts on the face (top).
Bake for 45 minutes. After baking, spread some icing sugar (powdered sugar) on top of the cake.
