Crispy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine cornflakes, salt, pepper and cheese; set aside.
    Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.
    Combine beaten egg and milk.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and roll in cornflakes mixture. Place in well-greased baking dish (can use Pam spray), skin side up.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Do not cover or turn chicken while baking.
