Lentil Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lentils
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg or substitute
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 medium onion, chopped
pinch of parsley flakes
pinch of oregano
salt to taste
Preparation

Boil lentils until well done.
Mix with other ingredients and bake in a shallow baking dish about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
