Smokin Barbecue Riblers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 boneless country style pork ribs
    3 (16 oz.) bottles hot and spicy barbecue sauce
    1 large yellow onion
    1 clove fresh garlic
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Finely chop garlic and yellow onion together.
    Add all ingredients to the largest crock-pot available.
    Stir often.
    Cook on low for approximately 5 to 6 hours.
    Add crushed red pepper to ribs and sauce before serving.
